
Spiral Dough Mixer

Designed for semi-intensive use in food processing plants or bakeries that require maximum performance. The mixer is built with fully steel, removable bowl — the bowl can be removed once the dough is mixed. The attachment and raising of the machine head are controlled by a special closed-circuit hydraulic control unit. Electromechanical controls are standard with 2-speed motor and 2 timers, with the option of reversing the bowl's rotation direction for pre-dough preparation. Featuring touchscreen controls for speed adjustment, useful for those producing highly hydrated doughs such as pizza or sourdough. Best for food processors that continuously need dough for more than 8 hours.
