This deck oven combines refractory stone heating with independent heat regulation to deliver uniform baking results during continuous service. The refractory stone helps maintain temperature between bakes, making it ideal for pizza, bread, and other baked goods that rely on uniform bottom heat. Each deck features independently adjustable top and bottom heating controls, allowing operators to fine-tune heat distribution based on product type. Constructed with stainless steel and fitted with a double insulated glass door with heat shield to reduce heat loss during operation.
