HUSMAK's professional deck-type electric pizza oven designed for restaurants, pizzerias, and commercial kitchens that require authentic high-temperature pizza baking. Constructed entirely of refractory brick, this oven delivers consistent heat retention and precise control for high-quality pizza production. The baking chamber provides a 90 cm wide by 120 cm deep cooking surface reaching a maximum operating temperature of 450°C. Spiral electric heating elements embedded within the refractory stone ensure even heat distribution. The chamber accommodates up to six 40 cm pizzas. Equipped with electronic temperature control, 30 customizable baking programs, and a stainless steel bottom-hinged door with halogen interior lighting for clear product visibility without opening the chamber.
