Roller Toast

Entirely stainless steel AISI 304 construction, steel AISI 316 grill. The cooking chamber is lined with insulating material to prevent any loss of heat, damages to electrical components and burns on outer surfaces. The ventilated motor is equipped with a reducer. Motor and journal are joined by two gears that lower the stress and temperature, trasmitted by the cooking chamber to the motor. A fan in the control compartment protects all the parts from overheating. Eight heating quartz tubes can operate in block for an easier adjustment of heat. The toaster can be equipped with a backgeared motor to get different degrees of toasting. On model Roller Toast the back door can be turned back, and the machine can be used as a small tunnel oven
