HEC-101 is a revolutionary tool that can easily work frozen ingredients, whose have been prepared in advanced and placed in the special stainless steel containers, making them mousses with only one operation.
All this without defrosting the whole initial product. It is possible to programm up to 10 portions, so that with Pacojet only the required quantity is used, whereas the excess portions is kept unalterated and ready to be replaced in the freezer.
Ingredients worked at -18° mantain all their nutritive values and organoleptic characteristics, without loss of volume. Ideal also as a small ice-cream or sorbet machine.
